CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

A. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

•We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the original purchase date.

•To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

B. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

•Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

1.Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

2.Customized or personalized items.

C. Return & Exchange Process:

•Our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number if applicable.

•Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, along with the original packing slip or order confirmation, and clearly mark the RA number on the package.

•Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

D. Return & Exchange Conditions:

•Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged or defective item).

•We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and exchanges, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

•Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 2 business days.

•Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

•Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative solution.

E. Damaged or Defective Items:

•If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect.

•We will assess the situation and provide instructions for returning the item(s) or arranging a replacement
